Order Tracking

1. Cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):

While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that OFF9SHOP is a growing company and does not have the same return policies that you’ll find at big box stores. All products are checked carefully prior to shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days post-delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
